But it is quite another matter to get your own practical experiences.

Theoretical knowledge

As a M.I.S.E. trainee, you will receive professional tuition in English and be educated in economics, investment, law, communication, cross-culture and other relevant subjects.

You will also acquire knowledge about shipping, logistics, terminal management and other specific A.P. Moller - Maersk related issues.

The two years of continuous training by both internal and external education specialists will make you an even more focused person, whose understanding of international business will provide fast results.

Practical knowledge

The world is always on the move. Therefore job rotation is an integrated part of your time as a M.I.S.E. trainee, during which you will hold three different positions with the possibility of having them in three different countries than your country of origin.

Practical training takes place in your home country where you will gain valuable experience from your colleagues and your daily responsibilities.

Through active case solving in the virtual learning space eMISE and visits to international terminals and vessels, you will get additional insight into our business. And be ready for possible expatriation take-off after your graduation.
