Dover - Dunkirk Terms and Conditions
Offers advertised on national press apply to selected off-peak sailings before 17/12/08. £20 fee for booking ammendments. Supplements apply for all other departures. Offer subject to availability and valid only when used as part of a return booking. Bookings are non-refundable.

Credit card policy
For online bookings and telephone bookings payment can be made using a variety of card types, with additional charges being applied to cover the costs of processing payments for some card types.
Late bookings

Fuel surcharges
With the soaring oil prices being experienced globally Norfolkline is obliged to apply fuel surcharges that reflect the increase in fuel costs borne by Norfolkline.
Vehicle types
When making a booking it is important that the correct vehicle type is selected as the vehicle type selected is a major determinant of the fare you will be quoted. If you are unsure as to what vehicle type you should select check out the relevant vehicle type descriptions
