The Liverpool Viking is a RO/PAX vessel and was purpose built in 1997 in Donada, Spain and was delivered to service at the same time as the Dublin Viking.

The Liverpool Viking currently sails under an UK flag and operates on a dedicated route between Dublin and Liverpool.
