Disabled passengers requiring assistance should check-in at least 90 minutes before departure and notify Norfolkline at check-in.
Check-list of Documents before Travelling:
Before you travel to France make sure you have the following:
- Carry your documents:
Check your passport will be valid for at least six weeks after your return. It’s always good to carry a copy of key documents.
Children who are under 16 need to carry a passport and must be travelling with an adult. If a parent or legal guardian isn’t present, the child should have a letter of authorisation from relevant parties. Children over 16 years of age can travel on their own but require authorisation from a legal guardian or parent to leave the UK.
